We offer phone support to:
- *Individuals currently or previously involved in the sex trade or adult industry: including dancers, adult film, fetish BDSM or cam workers, escorts, street-based sex workers, sugar babies, and people who are victims of exploitation. There definitely perks and pitfalls to adult work, and we know how hard it is to find someone who gets where you’re coming from and what you’re going through. We’re there for ya!
- *Allies: Including parents, relatives, partners, friends, and helping professionals with sex workers in their lives. We’re there to help you process stuff and be supportive of folks in the biz in your life.
- *Grassroots Activists and Organizers: Grassroots activism can be a lot at times…and there aren’t many resources out there to help you deal with frustrations, conflict with other organizers, burn-out, and some of the other pitfalls that come with this work. We’re there for ya!
The folks who operate our hotline are all connected to sex worker communities and activist communities around the country. We’re pretty knowledgeable, and can definitely relate on the perks and pitfalls of both adult work and activism.
Call for general support, advice, someone to talk to, crisis counseling, referrals, and information about safety and legal rights to folks currently or previously involved in the adult biz or sex trade.
*Our hotline is confidential. That means that we don’t see your number unless you leave a voicemail, and we won’t share your info with eachother or anyone else (unless you ask us to).
